DEFENSIVE PISTOL I
Prepare for the Fight.
Defensive Pistol class is the bridge between those shooters just starting out (Pistol Fundamentals) and those who are ready for the fight (Gunfighter 1). This class introduces you to the skills needed to defend yourself with a pistol, but at a pace that is slower and more deliberate than more advanced classes. There is no prerequisite for this class.
What you will learn:
- Proper trigger press for consistent accuracy
- How to build your grip for controlled shooting
- Draw stroke and how to get your gun into the fight
- Reloads and how to keep your gun in the fight
- Multiple target acquisition
- How to fix shooting errors and bad habits
- Mindset: Can you really pull the trigger? Are you ready to train to win?
Who It’s For: This course is for responsibly armed citizens, concealed carriers, and defenders who are ready to go beyond static shooting and learn how to use a gun to defend themselves.
Class Requirements: Semi-automatic pistol, 3 magazines or more, strong-side OWB holster, magazine pouch, strong belt, 400 rounds of range ammo, eye/ear protection, close-toed shoes. A rental package is available for those who have not yet purchased their own gear. All you need to do is show up!

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations made one week prior to the start of class will receive a full refund. Cancellations between one week and 48 hours from the start of the class will receive a credit for a future class. Inside 48 hours and no-shows will not receive a refund or credit. Please understand there are costs associated with no-shows and last minute cancellations.
