Our Team

Jon Cornett

Jon served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2006. He served as an 0331 Machinegunner, and completed two tours to Iraq, and one to Africa. Jon has been around firearms his entire adult life, and is a certified Firearms instructor.

 

Tim Weekly

Tim has been an avid hunter and outdoorsman his entire life, and enjoys competitive shooting. After retiring from the automotive industry, he has been focusing his time and energy on helping to create Truelove Tactical.

 

Brian Olmstead

Brian served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2007. He served as a 5939 Aviation Radio technician and completed two tours to Iraq. Brian has enjoyed shooting firearms his entire life, and has worked with Jon and Tim over the years to make Truelove Tactical become a reality.

Ethan Flautt

Ethan served in the united states army from 2007 to 2011. He served as a combat medic with the 173rd airborne brigade and completed two tours to Afghanistan. He then went on to earn his paramedic license and worked as a contractor in iraq and africa, when his first daughter was born. He now works contruction and loves being a dad to his three amazing children.

 

Adam Cooke


Adam is has an extensive background in auto mechanics. He’s been fixing cars for 20 years. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include gun repair and restoration, auto restoration, and of course shooting at the range.

Ryan Mays


Ryan currently works for H&G explosives in Smyrna as a driver, and hopefully soon, a blaster. Ryan also recently obtained his drone pilots license. In his free time, Ryan loves to go out wherever his motorcycle takes him. Ryan has a passion not only for learning, but also for educating, and is always eager to teach anyone anything he can.

Dawn Bradley

Dawn Bradley is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership, training and personal development. Dawn is a Firearms Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer with extensive credentials including, but not limited to, certifications from the National Rifle Association, State of Tennessee, ALERRT, and Vanderbilt University. She is also a Glock-certified instructor and an award-winning shooter, holding Glock Top Shot, 3-Star Glock Operator, and GSSF Match Winner distinctions. Her decade-long experience as Director of Women’s Training and Business Operations at a tactical training company has cemented her pragmatic approach to empowering people. She has conducted firearm safety classes, tactical training, executive protection, and security vulnerability assessments.
